What you will do

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results and private equity/hedge fund statements.
• Conduct account-level reconciliation, including research and resolution of breaks and data discrepancies.
• Manage software configuration, including new client setup and asset classification.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Establish operational effectiveness by developing and adopting policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
• Must be able to work in the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of liquid investments, alternative investments, and portfolio management methodologies.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
