Customer Delivery Manager (RegTech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from initial engagement to BAU transition.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the single point of accountability.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to demonstrate platform functionality and manage expectations.
• Collaborate across legal, finance, and technology teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
• Perform UAT testing of client releases as required.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and delivery of technology transformation within the financial sector.
• Exposure to Risk and Compliance-based implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholder communities.

Nice to have

• SCRUM qualifications.
• Prior experience in consulting firms or technology vendors within financial services.
• Understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., MIFID II, FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, CSDR).
• Experience working with offshore teams.
