What you will do

• Maintain delivery visibility and manage cross-team blockers and integration risks across complex workstreams.
• Model the impact of scope changes and present structured trade-off options to decision-makers.
• Drive backlog readiness discipline and proactively identify and manage delivery risks.
• Manage both Kanban-based (service-oriented) and iteration-based (Sprint) delivery systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate operational work, including status synthesis and artifact generation.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to ensure commitment reliability and protect delivery integrity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of delivery management experience embedded within software engineering teams in fintech or regulated environments.
• Must be based in the continental US.
• Deep SDLC fluency, including integration complexity, release management, and dependency modeling.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for dependency tracking and operational insight.
• Experience using flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, WIP) to manage team health and throughput.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tooling (LLMs) to improve delivery throughput and reduce coordination overhead.

Nice to have

• Experience managing sprint-based teams and enforcing the Definition of Ready.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure, or cloud services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar change management tooling in governed environments.
• Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certifications (CSM, PSM, KMP, or equivalent).
