Service Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with Clearwater clients, serving as the primary contact from daily users to decision-makers.
• Oversee accurate daily reporting support, service quality, SLA adherence, and operational performance.
• Coordinate service incident resolution and escalate technical issues when required.
• Lead remote and in-person client engagement meetings, client health reporting, and platform adoption efforts.
• Train clients on operational and trading support best practices and advise on product enhancements.
• Develop client networks and business knowledge while providing guidance and mentorship to Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field, or relevant experience in investment management, insurance, fintech, investment accounting, financial services, or investment operations.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, with excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and fixed-income securities.
