Senior Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of partner implementations from scoping through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead new features, capabilities, and product expansions for existing partner programs.
• Translate partner and business goals into project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate product, engineering, compliance, go-to-market, and external partner stakeholders.
• Work with Lead Solutions Engineers on integration scope, APIs, payment processing flows, partner systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, manage escalations, and improve delivery processes using AI tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery.
• Meaningful experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, ACH, and related infrastructure.
• Experience managing concurrent, multi-stakeholder technical implementation projects and working directly with external partners or clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with co-branded credit card programs or card issuing and processing.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies that improve delivery speed and quality.
