Manager, Technology Delivery (Fintech)

Salary: $110,000–$147,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for designing, building, validating, and deploying hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Direct work allocation, prioritization, hiring, vendor management, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee technical designs, engineering documentation, configuration, testing, validation, and production releases.
• Drive consistent implementation, support, service management, and SDLC processes.
• Troubleshoot development and test environment issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective improvements.
• Track department metrics, report performance, escalate issues, and evaluate emerging technologies for business use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience working with technology, including hands-on and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.
• Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information across organizational levels and work with geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• Ability to negotiate or persuade others in moderately complex situations.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer compliance regulations.
