What you will do

• Analyze complex business data to identify risks and opportunities and develop data-driven models and reports.
• Develop capacity strategies aligned with demand, factory capability, capital constraints, and product roadmaps.
• Apply advanced data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for tool moves, conversions, and network optimization.
• Develop capital investment strategies to maximize return on capital investment while identifying risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement actionable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in capacity, capital, and overall business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, capacity planning, or financial systems and processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the provided US locations (Hillsboro, Phoenix, or Albuquerque).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, simulation modeling, and Python programming.
