Process Engineer

Salary: $109,000 - $136,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage the MOC process, including initiation, review, training, and PSSR communication.
• Lead or assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve operational and EHS performance.
• Maintain the Operating Asset Utilization (OAU) program and analyze data to identify production opportunities.
• Troubleshoot abnormal production conditions and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Lead the development and execution of small to medium capital projects.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong safety orientation with knowledge of OSHA and PSM standards.
• Data-driven mindset with strong results orientation.
• Ability to effectively present in both informal and formal training settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Minitab.
