Salary: $83,400 - $155,000

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineers through coaching and technical leadership.
• Lead and facilitate PFMEAs and coach teams on best practices.
• Partner with Design Engineering to improve Design for Manufacturability and support product introductions.
• Identify automation and advanced manufacturing opportunities to improve process capability and reduce cycle time.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Production, Quality, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government export control requirements.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PFMEA methodologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives without direct supervisory authority.
• Experience collaborating with Design Engineering on DFM and process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, Automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP/MES systems, and CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
