Salary: $83,400 - $155,000

What you will do
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
- Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineers through coaching and technical leadership.
- Lead and facilitate PFMEAs and coach teams on best practices.
- Partner with Design Engineering to improve Design for Manufacturability and support product introductions.
- Identify automation and advanced manufacturing opportunities to improve process capability and reduce cycle time.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Production, Quality, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government export control requirements.
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PFMEA methodologies.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives without direct supervisory authority.
- Experience collaborating with Design Engineering on DFM and process optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, Automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP/MES systems, and CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
