What you will do

• Collaborate with science and engineering teams to define near-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints to make high-judgment product tradeoffs.
• Transform high-level business strategies into actionable technical roadmaps that align multiple organizations.
• Drive issue resolution and eliminate obstacles to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for delivery mechanisms.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA, USA
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
