What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing and Operations Hub.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain data integrity, including enrichment, deduplication, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
• Optimize lead scoring, routing, and automation workflows for sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain marketing assets, forms, and trackable content.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
• Strong experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations and data governance.
• Experience working within a Software or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to build automated workflows and scalable data management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
