What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western US (executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, roadshows).
- Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in partnership with sales leadership and demand generation to prioritize markets, accounts, and formats.
- Set pipeline targets tied to field marketing and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement to maximize registration-to-attendance and sales follow-through.
- Partner with sales and BDR teams on targeted invite lists and drive attendance from priority accounts and partners.
- Manage sponsorships, venues, vendors, speakers, and third-party event investments with measurable outcomes and efficiency.
- Track and report program ROI, pipeline sourced/influenced, and engagement metrics; feed field insights back into broader marketing.
Requirements
- Location/Time zone: Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport.
- 5–7 years of field marketing experience, including driving pipeline through field programs (technology company experience preferred).
- Strong execution and ownership mindset; ability to create workflows, standards, and tools while moving fast across complex programs.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills to optimize speed, cost, and quality across multiple programs, regions, and stakeholders.
- Strong data fluency to interpret program metrics and pipeline KPIs and prioritize the most impactful markets/accounts.
- Comfort with event/marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo or similar) and improving ROI via tools, automation, and process.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI to work smarter; comfort with Claude Code is a significant plus.
- Healthcare, benefits, or HR-tech audience experience.
