What you will do

• Build, QA, and launch Marketo programs for demand generation, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation and lead lists using behavioral, geographic, and account data.
• Troubleshoot Marketo-Salesforce sync issues and maintain overall database hygiene.
• Create and maintain Marketo forms and landing pages for various marketing initiatives.
• Develop process documentation and operational playbooks to improve consistency and scalability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize campaign execution, reporting, and team productivity.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Automation, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience, including program builds, tokens, and smart campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its relationship with Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities.
• Experience with email compliance regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to campaign QA.

Nice to have

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
• Experience with Splash or other event management platforms.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Familiarity with UTM strategy, campaign tracking, and attribution.
• Experience with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo or Clearbit.
