What you will do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ON24, and related marketing technology tools.
  • Design and maintain bidirectional data integrations between marketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports to track KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Own the lead lifecycle process from capture to sales handoff, including scoring and routing rules.
  • Develop scalable campaign templates and operational processes for regional marketing teams.
  • Implement AI agents and automation tools to improve campaign velocity and team productivity.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and working knowledge of CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record of building integrations between marketing and sales systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Experience with B2B go-to-market motions, including enterprise and self-service channels.
  • Practical experience implementing AI agents or automation tools to improve workflows.
