What you will do
- Build and own the annual industry event strategy, including budget management, vendor negotiation, and on-site execution.
- Manage the end-to-end webinar calendar, from topic selection and speaker recruitment to production and performance analysis.
- Serve as the operational liaison to industry associations to identify and execute co-marketing and speaking opportunities.
- Program-manage the production and promotion of flagship gated content, such as annual industry reports.
- Develop a customer advocacy engine to secure testimonials and use cases for sales and content teams.
- Maintain program-level reporting in CRM and marketing automation platforms to track pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of experience in B2B field, events, or programs marketing at a SaaS or information-services company.
- Proven experience building marketing programs from scratch rather than inheriting mature ones.
- Domain fluency in regulated industries (life sciences, food, cosmetics, or chemicals) is a hard requirement.
- Experience with multi-region execution across APAC, Europe, and/or North America.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Ability to operate in a founder-led, high-ownership environment with a bias for shipping.
