Location: Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $35/hr to $40/hr

What you will do

• Engage candidates through inbound, internal, referral, and outbound sourcing channels.
• Conduct deep assessments of candidates to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to enrich talent pools.
• Submit fully assessed candidates to recruiting partners for final conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive hiring efficiencies.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Sales Recruiting
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing and talent assessment
