Outbound Candidate Sourcer (HR/Recruiting): Managing the end-to-end candidate journey and building high-quality talent pipelines with an accent on outbound sourcing and deep candidate assessment. Focus on driving top-of-funnel efficiency, cultivating long-term talent relationships, and collaborating with recruiting partners to meet hiring goals.
Location: Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $35/hr to $40/hr

What you will do
- Engage candidates through inbound, internal, referral, and outbound sourcing channels.
- Conduct deep assessments of candidates to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to enrich talent pools.
- Submit fully assessed candidates to recruiting partners for final conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive hiring efficiencies.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Sales Recruiting
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing and talent assessment
