What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to design recruiting strategies and interpret immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Drive sourcing and pipeline strategy by building targeted talent pools through advanced search and networking.
• Execute initial candidate screening and qualification, assessing factors such as compensation and immigration.
• Analyze external market data to provide insights on talent availability, location, and compensation.
• Implement and scale best practices across sourcing, assessment, and selection while coaching others on tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• 1+ years of sourcing experience within a high-volume, fast-paced technology organization.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies using ATS and creative channels like technical communities and forums.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience sourcing for roles across multiple countries and navigating global compliance.
• Experience or familiarity with iCIMS ATS.
