What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to design recruiting strategies and interpret immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Drive sourcing and pipeline strategy by building targeted talent pools through advanced search and networking.
- Execute initial candidate screening and qualification, assessing factors such as compensation and immigration.
- Analyze external market data to provide insights on talent availability, location, and compensation.
- Implement and scale best practices across sourcing, assessment, and selection while coaching others on tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sourcing experience within a high-volume, fast-paced technology organization.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies using ATS and creative channels like technical communities and forums.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Applied use of AI and emerging tools to enhance sourcing precision and personalization.
- Experience sourcing for roles across multiple countries and navigating global compliance.
- Experience or familiarity with iCIMS ATS.
- Ability to use data and signals to inform sourcing strategy and interpret market trends.
