What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across departments like Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to execute hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse talent pools.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to report progress to leadership.
• Drive creative and scalable improvements to existing recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, People Ops, and Legal to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of filling roles across G&A, Sales, and operational functions.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Aptitude for identifying and qualifying candidates through creative sourcing methods.
• Ability to work effectively and independently with a high sense of urgency.
