Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; onsite at the Utah HQ

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting and develop hiring strategies with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, General and Administrative, and other business functions.
- Create strategic sourcing plans to identify diverse candidate pools through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and creative recruiting methods.
- Lead first-in-kind searches and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics, analyze recruiting progress, and report results to business leadership.
- Develop and implement creative, scalable improvements to recruiting strategies and processes.
- Partner with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to close top talent.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience recruiting for functions such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, General and Administrative, or Sales.
- Ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates using LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other sourcing methods.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results with urgency.
- Ability to work onsite at the Lehi, Utah headquarters.
