Location: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location in Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, or Fort Wayne, IN. Role is onsite Monday–Friday.

Salary: $40–$48/hr (W2)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, management, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Manage the offer process and facilitate internal transfers.
• Utilize ATS and online recruiting tools to maintain candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (non-IT).
• 3+ years of experience with ATS systems and online recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting for professional and management-level positions.
• Experience with both exempt and non-exempt employee hiring.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
• Valid driver’s license required.
