What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within Workday.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications and potential.
• Comfortable learning and using emerging recruiting technologies and AI tools.
• Must be based in the Austin, TX area and able to work in a hybrid model.
