What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from role intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Recruit for a wide variety of technical, business, operational, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and creative outbound approaches.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to provide market insights to leadership.
• Help establish and improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and systems as the company scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a recruiter at a major enterprise or startup.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build credibility with executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI, enterprise software, or consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting international or multi-region hiring.
• Experience recruiting senior executives.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer development.
