What you will do

• Manage a book of business, taking accountability for revenue, margin, CSAT, growth, and retention targets.
• Oversee the transition of customers from sales to project delivery and provide hands-on guidance to project teams.
• Lead pre-sales cycles, develop SOWs, and create strategic account growth and expansion plans.
• Act as a career advisor and coach for Project Managers and Consultants.
• Drive internal practice development by innovating solution delivery, methodologies, and reusable assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation engagements.
• 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, program governance, and project management.
• Proven commercial acumen in creating SOWs, LOE estimates, and managing scope.
• Proficiency in CRM technology (HubSpot preferred) and PSA software (Kantata preferred).
• Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during EST working hours.
