What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of software releases for semiconductor equipment platforms.
• Develop and refine integrated release schedules balancing capacity, product priorities, and customer commitments.
• Partner with Product Line Management to translate roadmaps and requirements into executable plans.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Service teams.
• Provide actionable program updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in software program management or large-scale software delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles including Agile, hybrid, or waterfall.
• Ability to influence without authority across diverse organizational functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.
• Program or project management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
• Experience with MS Project.
