What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for IP development and delivery to business units.
• Drive the closure of IP specifications and requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Chair weekly meetings to assess status, milestones, and plan completeness for executive stakeholders.
• Provide matrixed leadership to engineering program managers distributed across the organization.
• Execute risk management strategies and enforce standardized program management processes.
• Ensure successful IP delivery from conception through to Mass Production Release.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5–10 years of experience.
• 6+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the semiconductor industry.
• 6+ years of experience as a mixed-signal IP designer.
• Broad background in ASIC or microelectronics development.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with technical managers and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE).
• Experience as a mixed-signal design manager.
• Deep knowledge of SoC/IC design flows for advanced process technologies.
