What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for IP development and delivery to business units.
- Drive the closure of IP specifications and requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Chair weekly meetings to assess status, milestones, and plan completeness for executive stakeholders.
- Provide matrixed leadership to engineering program managers distributed across the organization.
- Execute risk management strategies and enforce standardized program management processes.
- Ensure successful IP delivery from conception through to Mass Production Release.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5–10 years of experience.
- 6+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the semiconductor industry.
- 6+ years of experience as a mixed-signal IP designer.
- Broad background in ASIC or microelectronics development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technical managers and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE).
- Experience as a mixed-signal design manager.
- Deep knowledge of SoC/IC design flows for advanced process technologies.
