What you will do

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivery.
• Define program vision, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with business and technical goals.
• Drive data-informed decision-making, including experimentation strategies and performance measurement.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Provide technical oversight on architecture, scalability, and system design in cloud environments.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape long-term roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, or engineering initiatives.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stream programs in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern architectures.
• Experience driving data-informed programs and performance measurement.
• Certifications in cloud or program management (e.g., GCP, PMP, SAFe).

Nice to have

• Experience working in public sector or regulated environments.
• Hands-on exposure to analytics, data platforms, or experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
