What you will do

• Lead program management for core algorithm initiatives, driving execution from roadmap planning to release.
• Partner with algorithm, firmware, software, and validation teams to define milestones, dependencies, and schedules.
• Establish and improve development processes to enable predictable execution across concurrent programs.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify technical and program risks early, proactively driving mitigation plans.
• Develop reporting and operational metrics to provide visibility into progress and resource needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management.
• Experience partnering with algorithm, machine learning, or data science teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical products through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering development and release management processes.

• Experience working with physiological sensing or wearable technologies.
• Experience with machine learning systems or data-driven products.
