What you will do

• Lead program planning, requirements definition, and cost/schedule estimation for complex technical programs.
• Manage program life-cycle, including integrated master schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external government/commercial customers.
• Lead program reviews and articulate vision to executive staff and project teams.
• Support business development by overseeing the preparation of cost and technical proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Program Management.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status required for ITAR compliance.
• Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent, advanced technical development programs.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methods, tools, and processes (MS Project proficiency required).
• Experience managing firm fixed price programs and risk management plans.
• Ability to interface effectively with government and commercial customers.

Nice to have

• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience managing to Earned Value (EVM).
• Technical Master's degree.
• PMI or equivalent certification.
