What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers, BI Engineers, and Release Managers.
• Oversee complex technical programs spanning cloud software, networking hardware, and embedded systems using the SAFe framework.
• Manage end-to-end release processes, establishing CI/CD pipelines, release gates, and automated testing strategies.
• Govern PMO frameworks, risk management plans, and change management processes.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio with data-driven forecasting for staffing and infrastructure.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and leverage AI analytics to track KPIs and program milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 6+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in networking and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
• Proven track record in release management and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with broadband/telecom industry and CSP business models.
• Skill in building executive analytics dashboards.
