What you will do

  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify and document customer requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications for the delivery team.
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with customer service leadership.
  • Partner with the AI team to create innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee project completion and provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on project experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development or configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture and contact center operations.
  • Experience with Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders.
  • Strong client-facing skills including discovery, design, and project ownership.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of contact center architecture and VoIP protocols (SIP, WebRTC).
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, Workforce Management, or outbound dialers.
