What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex, large-scale initiatives across multiple global business units.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and closure.
• Define and track project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and strategic alignment.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and foster the exchange of best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in manufacturing or engineering settings.
• Minimum HNC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business functions.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience reporting to and communicating with senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA as the role is based in Devens, MA.
