What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, including engineering, CAD, and programming, alongside external subcontractors.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Conduct field verifications and oversee site safety and installation quality.
• Mentor other project managers and provide leadership on large-scale, sensitive projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction or AV settings.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Deep knowledge of audio/video systems and low-voltage electrical projects.
• Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
• Ability to travel frequently to job sites within a 2-hour driving distance.
