What you will do

• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within quality standards and timeframes.
• Track proposal and project activities, gather information, and prepare documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools like PPM and ADO.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and handle follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Monitor projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in healthcare/IT.
• 2+ years relevant experience in healthcare/IT settings.
• Must align with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Clear communication, heavy documentation (status reports, RAID logs), and meeting facilitation skills.
• Proactive risk/issue identification, escalation, and process orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certification.
• Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint, or MS Power Platform.
• Business Analyst background.
• Security project exposure.
