Salary: $156,180 - $230,020 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and implement people strategies to support growth, innovation, and team effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Support managers in performance management, employee development, and feedback practices.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment across diverse, globally distributed teams.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support hiring, onboarding, and retention.
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
