Senior People Strategy Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives for supported business units and proactively shape their direction.
• Analyze people data and historical trends to anticipate turnover, engagement, performance, and organizational health issues.
• Improve the employee experience using data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Use AI tools in daily work and partner with leaders to redesign team workflows and support adoption of new ways of working.
• Coach leaders and employees, build cross-functional relationships, and navigate high-stakes conversations with sound judgment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR or people strategy experience, ideally in a business-partner or generalist role.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions and translate people insights into business recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and experience consulting with leadership.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, coaching, and mentoring skills across organizational levels.
• Independent judgment under ambiguity and confidence handling difficult conversations.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and experience using them to redesign how work gets done.
