What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (robotics, automation, hardware, software) and operational roles (Finance, Sales).
• Strategically source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop structured interview processes, lead panel prep, and drive calibration.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess core competencies and alignment with company mission and culture.
• Maintain data integrity and document all candidate contacts within the Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Experience recruiting in robotics, IoT, industrial automation, or related industries such as manufacturing and logistics.
• BA/BS/CS degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Oakland, CA.
