What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for technical roles in IT, Engineering, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity.
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including evaluating, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with Recruiting leadership and HR Partners to execute a broad-based staffing strategy.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the pre-employment process according to guidelines.
• Meet talent acquisition metrics regarding quality, cost, cycle time, and diversity.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance daily workflows and research.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume technical roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies and using assessment tools.
• Proficiency with ATS, Oracle iRecruitment, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of governmental employment laws, anti-discrimination regulations, and behavioral interviewing.
• Ability to work from the Fort Worth, TX office 2 days per week.
