What you will do

• Assist in building and testing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design and improve conversation flows and automated responses.
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into functional AI solutions.
• Connect AI agents with Microsoft tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Support the development of workflows using Power Automate.
• Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tool utilization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate only).
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering.
