What you will do

• Participate in the full AI delivery lifecycle, including requirement clarification, test plan design, UAT support, and release documentation.
• Build quick prototypes/demos for LLM/Agent scenarios and assist consultants with solution walkthroughs and client enablement.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts (BRD/FRD, test cases, runbooks, user guides) with version control and traceability.
• Help coordinate stakeholders and track issues, risks, and follow‑ups in project tools.
• Support knowledge transfer sessions and post‑go‑live checks; summarize lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, Data/AI, EE, Math, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• Genuine curiosity for AI technologies and hands‑on mindset; eager to learn and grow through real project work.
• Solid coding fundamentals (e.g., Python/Java/JS) and understanding of basic data structures and algorithmic thinking.
• Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving skills; detail-oriented with good documentation habits.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
