What you will do

• Develop AI and software applications and the APIs required to support them.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop and integrate RPA bots with AI applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Test, debug, and optimize AI applications and automation workflows.
• Contribute to R&D innovation projects and research activities.

Requirements

• Comfortable with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript with Node, or Java.
• Basic awareness of AI and large language models and their real-world applications.
• Interest in modern AI approaches, including tool use, information retrieval, and step-by-step task solving.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP or REST, and how web applications communicate.
• Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently with mentor guidance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, or Databricks through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
