What you will do

• Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines using LLMs, focusing on model selection and data retrieval.
• Implement RAG-oriented data sources and optimize advanced prompts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Build and refine OCR solutions for automated document analysis and entity extraction.
• Design and execute A/B tests to systematically evaluate prompt and pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with backend and LLM engineers to solve complex implementation challenges and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem.
• Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
• Familiarity with RAG tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Ragas.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Remote work is restricted to time zones from GMT-2 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Previous experience delivering business-critical ML/AI-powered applications.
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source models in on-premise or private cloud environments.
• Personal portfolio of hobby ML projects or contributions to open-source tools.
