Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Identify candidates and work scope for large HVAC projects at Department of Energy facilities.
• Provide technical HVAC direction to engineering teams.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate design projects from inception through project startup.
• Conduct construction document reviews for large-scale projects.
• Support DOE facilities across planning and execution phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 or more years of HVAC engineering experience in nuclear facilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Working knowledge of federal (DOE Orders), state, and local HVAC codes and standards.

Nice to have

• Active DOE Q or Top Secret security clearance.
• Direct DOE/NNSA work experience or knowledge.
