What you will do

• Manage a team of product quality engineers supporting the GaN product lifecycle.
• Drive and support GaN product release projects.
• Manage customer requirements and product documentation.
• Ensure product quality performance and compliance with qualification standards and policies.
• Act as the voice of the customer regarding quality requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and operations to ensure product quality and process compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, physics, or a related field.
• Proven inclination or training for people management with direct reports.
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor products, GaN technologies, and associated failure modes.
• Experience with international standards: IEC, JEDEC, IATF 16949, and Automotive AEC-Q101.
• Excellent written and verbal English for international communication.
• Strong presentation skills for interacting with customers and executive management.
