What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies, and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage HSE systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive innovation in safety initiatives to enhance HSEQ standards across the project.
• Represent the company with clients and stakeholders on all HSE-related matters.
• Recruit, manage, and develop the HSE team to meet business capability requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality performance across the workforce.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience at a senior level on a COMAH site or high-hazard industry.
• Proven track record of delivering HSEQ system and process improvements.
• Experience leading and managing Safety and Quality teams.
• Degree qualification.
• IOSH Diploma or equivalent and CMIOSH status.
• Lead Assessor (ISAS or equivalent) and CCNSG certification.
