What you will do

• Lead a team of QA Technicians to drive and maintain factory quality standards.
• Ensure on-site compliance with food safety and regulatory initiatives including HACCP, Organic, and Halal certifications.
• Manage the internal audit framework for GMP and Hygiene, ensuring closure of non-conformances.
• Conduct general QA duties such as packing checks, label reconciliation, and micro sample recording.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Engineering to promote a Site Quality Culture.
• Manage customer complaints and CAPA processes using Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).

Requirements

• 3+ years of Quality management experience in the food industry.
• Proven experience in supervision or management of a team.
• HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
• Experience with BRC and other GFSI certifications.
• Proficiency in SAP transactions and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is provided.
