What you will do

• Lead the growth strategy for analytical environmental testing services to diversify and expand the service portfolio.
• Take ownership of financial performance, including revenue, margin, cost control, and ROI for new initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for method development, validation, and commercialization of new capabilities.
• Build and develop high-performing, diverse, or geographically dispersed teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, and industrial teams to deliver integrated solutions for customers.
• Oversee accredited systems, regulatory compliance, and quality standards across analytical services.

Requirements

• Proven senior management experience with P&L responsibility within analytical testing or laboratory services.
• Strong commercial awareness and evidence of delivering profitable growth and new business opportunities.
• Technical credibility in analytical services, including method development and accredited systems.
• Experience leading sizeable teams through growth or operational transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships across technical and commercial teams.
• Strategic mindset balanced with operational discipline to meet financial and compliance targets.
