What you will do

• Resolve drive laser related disturbances after SAT.
• Qualify drive lasers after complex module swaps according to agreed specifications.
• Plan and prioritize own work; report, inform, and escalate progress and status to stakeholders.
• Manage technical escalations and arrange follow-up actions to minimize impact on cycle time.
• Prevent disturbances from re-occurring in cooperation with FLS, Process Engineering, and D&E; act as a hands-on counterpart.
• Review sequences, action plans, and work procedures; support introduction of new generation drive lasers.

Requirements

• HBO degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, applied physics, aerospace, or automotive engineering (or MBO with at least 4 years of hands-on trouble shooting/qualification experience and diagnosis to high-tech equipment).
• 0–4 years of experience in relevant troubleshooting/qualification work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills: analyze problems, find root cause, and implement solutions.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment and handle uncertainty and pressure.
• Adequate English communication skills in speech and writing.
• Willingness to travel for training in Germany (up to 3 times/year, ~2 weeks each) and for field support actions (up to 2 times/year, ~2 weeks each).
