What you will do

• Perform on-site mechanical and electrical repairs on package lockers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the field.
• Conduct functional tests and verify electrical installations.
• Manage replacement of components and document all interventions.
• Provide reactive assistance on-demand according to client SLAs.
• Support deployment tasks including locker installation and warehouse organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Hannover/Hamburg, Germany
• Valid German driver's license required
• Proficiency in English and German required
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize field projects.

Nice to have

• Technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Electrical certifications.
