What you will do

• Develop and customize PLC programs from scratch using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Design and configure HMI interfaces, including Historians and Alarm Management systems.
• Lead control engineering for large capital projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Design control system networks and configure Variable Frequency Drive and servo systems.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for clients during and after construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in machine controls or packaging within heavy industrial/manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley (RS Logix, Studio 5000) and Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7.
• Experience with FactoryTalk HMI development and control system network design.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum Two-Year Degree in an electrical technology field.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Four-Year Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience configuring and programming Fanuc robotic systems.
• Previous experience as a control engineering lead.
