What you will do

• Support and troubleshoot automated stacking cranes (ASC’s) in Rotterdam and Antwerp.
• Analyze log files and resolve issues with positioning and PLC programs.
• Participate in the commissioning phase of new automated equipment delivery projects.
• Implement system improvements and perform occasional on-site troubleshooting visits.
• Engage in 24/7 stand-by shifts approximately one week per month.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrics.
• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (S7) and Siemens Simamics drives.
• Basic understanding of Ethernet-based device communication and electrical drawings.
• Fluent English skills required for direct customer communication.
• Must be based in Finland or Düsseldorf, Germany; no relocation support provided.
