What you will do

• Develop new wafer process modules on lithography equipment for GaN HEMT wafers.
• Lead medium-sized process integration and optimization projects.
• Act as a sub-project leader for complex process development tasks.

• Participate actively in process improvement teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Masters' degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or Microelectronics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in wafer fab process module development on lithography equipment.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
